Description
A Lucky Strike is a celebration of effort, encounter, and play.
It is a circus performance where technique (tightrope, contortion, acrobatics, and balances), poetry, and humor intertwine to transform the everyday into a shared experience.
With a high technical level and great emotional depth, the artists take risks with their bodies, emotions, and desires. The characters—comic and transparent—act from the truth of their emotions; they hide nothing. In their vulnerability, the audience recognizes themselves: there is empathy, laughter, tenderness, and also chaos, sadness, or surprise. Because in life—just like in the circus—anything can happen.
The show invites participation, invites “things to happen to us.” There is no fourth wall: a constant dialogue exists between artists and spectators, an energy that flows and reinvents itself in every performance.
